■优良的物理力学性能
Outstanding physical mechanical properties
玻璃钢制品材料密度通常为1.8~2.1g/cm3。约为钢材的1/4。比钢材、铸铁和塑料等的比强度都高(表一)物理力学性能优异(表二、表三),此外,热膨胀系数与钢大体相当,热传导系数只有钢的0.5%是一种很好的热和电绝缘材料。
The density of reinforced plastic products is usually 1.8~2.1g/cm3,about a quarter of that of steel materials.Its speciffic strength is higher tha that of steel,cast iron and plasics,etc.(Table 1);it has excellent physical mechanical properties (Tables 2 and 3).Furthermore,its coefficient of thermal expansion is about that of the steel,while its coefficient of heat conductivity is only 0.5% of that of steel.As such it is an excellent heat and electrical insuation material.

The physical and chemical nature of the reinforced plastic storage tanks and nonstandard installations can be enhanced by changing the types of resins and strengthened materials in the fiber reinforced plastic componet,so as to suit the needs of various media and working conditions.The structrue's thickness,wrap angle and structural design are adjusted to change the tank body's thickness,wrap angle and structural design are adjusted to change the tank body's loading ability.Storage tands and installations of different pressure and functions are made,using the fiber reinfoced plastic's high elasticity for multiple layer,multiple angle binding. |
