■运输和搬运 Transportation
1.为防止贮罐或管道起吊时摆动失控,应在被吊物上系引导绳。
2.起吊和运输过程中,不可掉落或碰到其他物体上,以免引起结构部分和内部耐蚀层开裂。
3.不可在粗糙的地面上滚动或滑动,不可碰撞零部件,存放场地应平整。
4.用叉式起重车铲运或调整贮罐位置时,叉子要铺设软垫。
5.装运时.要注意用木块或软质垫块两侧垫实,绳索扣紧.以防运输中滚动或滑动致使制品受损。
6.安装前应放在托架上或放在平整地面上,两侧垫实,防止因风力或地面倾斜而产生滚动。
1.So as to prevent the storage tanks or pipes from being out of control when suspended,guide prpes should be used.
2.The equipment should not drop onto or come into contact with other objects duing the course of hoisting or transportation,so as to avoid the structural part or the interior anti-corrosion layer from breaking.
3.They should not be rolled or slid on rough road aurfaces.Contact should not be made with components.The surface of the ground on which they rest should be flat.
4.Soft padding should be used when using forklifts to adjust the product.
5.When transporting the equipment,wooden wedges or sotft padding should be used to pad both sides,on top of securely fastening them with ropes.These are so as to avoid damage to the equipment during the trans-portation process.
6.The equipment should be placed on support tray or on flat surfaces and padded on both sides,beforte installation,thus avoiding hem from rolling because of wind or sloping ground. |

■安装和维护 Installation
1、立式平底贮罐应安装在连续支承的平面基础上,并有足够的强度,以支承充满液体的贮罐。
2、立式平底贮罐就位前,基础平面上建议满铺过筛干燥的砂垫层并须刮平 砂垫层厚度30~40毫米。
3、在罐底排液口处,基础上应有凹槽便于排液,接管法兰不得与基础接触。
4、用金属或玻璃钢耳座将贮罐锚固在基础上。
5、卧式贮罐视罐体长度决定设置鞍式支座的数量,一般鞍座的间距等于或小于罐体直径的1.5倍。
6、鞍座的材料可以选择砖砌水泥沙浆抹面、素混凝土捣浇,钢制以及玻璃钢连体型。建议鞍座弧面上铺设4~5毫米厚度橡胶板然后安排就位。
7、阀门、控制器,长度超过2.5M的管道等较重连接件都应考虑设置单独支撑。
8、玻璃钢管、罐在使用中应注意维护,避免接触金属尖锐物和撞击,产生划痕或裂纹。
1.Vertical flat-bottom storge tanks should be installed on flat surfaces with continuous supports of sufficent stength so as to withstand the tanks when filled with liquid.
2.Before positioning the flat-bottom tanks,the foundation should referably be paved with a flattened layer strained dry gravel of a thickness of 30-40mm.
3.There should be grooves in the foundations under the spigot at the bottom of the tanks for ease of drainage;the flanges of the drainage pipes should not be in contact with the foundation.
4.Metal or reinforced plastic saddles are used to firmly anchor
the storage tanks onto the foundations.
5.The number of saddle supports will be determined by the length of the horizontal storage tanks;in general the distance between the saddles is equal or less than 1.5times of the tanks'diameters.
6.The saddles may be made of coment mortar bricks,plain concrete,steel reinforced plasic materials.It is suggested to pave 4-5mm rubber boards on the arc surfaces of the asddles,befor finally positioning the tanks.
7.Joints for relatively heavy parts such as valves,control equipment and pipes of over 2.5m in length should preferbly have independent supports.
8.Care should be taken when using reinforced plastic pipes and tanks,and avoid coming into contact with sharp objects or shocks such that scratches or cracks are produced. |
